What type of support is available for MagetSync?

We have two types of support available for our subscribers. Subscribers to our Premium Support plans enjoy 24/7 technical support with faster response times (within 4 hrs). Live chat support is also available for more urgent matters and available only to our yearly premium plan subscribers.

Other plans come with standard ticket support, available 24/7. Response times generally are within 8 hrs between Monday–Friday from 9 am–6 pm AEST.
